Dr. Megha Joy Shah is the founder and CEO of Beauty&Curves skin and laser clinics. She is a dynamic person with her knowledge and highly focused on her vision of offering Non-Invasive Substitutes for Cosmetic, Plastic, and Aesthetic Surgeries.

Dr. Megha Shah is an ophthalmologist with a master degree in MS. She has further taken the expertise and is focused on Peri-Ocular Facial Aesthetic Surgeries including surgical and laser-assisted surgeries. In addition to her MS, Dr. Megha has done Masters in Medical Cosmetology (MMSC) from US. She has done her intensive laser cosmetology training with Dr. Joy Shah from 1999 to 2005 and Prof. Dr. K C Shah from 2005 to 2010. During her career, she has done fellowships with renowned Plastic Surgeons like Dr. Albert Goldman in Brazil, Dr. Tan in Singapore, Dr. Ashraf Badavi in Egypt, Dr. Tal in Israel, and many more. She has remained a Fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Laser Surgeries (ASLMS) and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons (AACS).

Beauty & Curves is a brand of the Kirti group. Kirti group, that is associated with the field of Dermatology for over 64 years now. Prof. Dr. K. C. Shah, who practiced Dermatology since 1959, and Dr. Joy Shah, who is Cosmetic Dermatologist, Skin Laser Surgeon since 1998. Beauty & Curves was Kirti Laser Centre from 1998 to 2006. The brand is managed by the management company of Kirti Group, MeghJoy International Pvt. Ltd.
Social Responsibility:
Dr. Megha Shah has vision of women's welfare and she has made this her life mission. Beauty&Curves Academy provides learning to young partially qualified females and provides the opportunity to establish their skills as treatment assistants, front desk, and customer management skills.
She provides vocational support to science graduate females to build up their careers as counselors, treatment operators, and paramedical assistants. Beauty&Curves also educates nurses who have done non-invasive nursing courses to establish their careers as partially invasive or non-invasive treatment executors.

Beauty & Curves, along with a Media house, carries out weekly activities to celebrate the birthdays of children deprived of their rights and social benefits.
